Cancellation Policy
Cancellations can be made through the confirmation link with at least 24 hrs in advance. All cancellations after the grace period must be made through direct contact and no shows will be charged 50% of the service price upon booking in order to be serviced. I offer a 15 minute late grace period, if you are expected to be later than that please contact me to see if we are still able to do your appointment that day. Extensive delays may result in a shorter time period for your appointment which may affect the design level of your desired outcome. Appointments will be cancelled after 15 minutes tardiness without communication.
